2026 Skoda Kushaq Facelift Launched in India Starting at ₹11 Lakh

Skoda Auto India has officially announced prices for the much-awaited 2026 Kushaq facelift, with the refreshed compact SUV now starting at approximately ₹11 lakh (ex-showroom). Unveiled on March 21, 2026, the mid-cycle update brings meaningful changes to one of Skoda's best-selling models in India. The Kushaq has been a strong contender in the fiercely competitive compact SUV segment since its debut in 2021, and this facelift aims to sharpen its appeal against segment leaders like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Volkswagen Taigun. With revised exterior styling, a feature-loaded cabin, and improved build quality, Skoda is clearly signalling its intent to capture a larger share of the Indian market.

Variant-Wise Pricing Breakdown

Skoda India has kept the Kushaq facelift competitively priced, with ex-showroom prices ranging from approximately ₹11 lakh to ₹19 lakh depending on the variant and powertrain. The entry-level Active variant with the 1.0-litre TSI engine and manual gearbox offers solid value, while the top-spec Style 1.5 TSI DSG sits at the premium end of the range. Notably, Skoda has managed to keep the price increase modest — roughly ₹30,000 to ₹50,000 over the outgoing model — despite the significant upgrades on offer.

Skoda continues to offer the Kushaq in two powertrain options — the familiar 1.0-litre three-cylinder TSI producing 115 PS and 178 Nm, and the more powerful 1.5-litre four-cylinder TSI making 150 PS and 250 Nm with Active Cylinder Technology for better fuel efficiency.
