What happens when I use a contact credit?
When you use a contact credit, you'll see the seller's complete phone number with options to Call or WhatsApp them directly. At the same time, the seller receives your contact details (name and phone number) via SMS and email notification, so they can also reach out to you.
Can I contact the same seller multiple times?
Yes! Once you've unlocked a seller's contact using one credit, you can contact them again as many times as you need without using additional credits. The system remembers your previous contacts.
What if the seller doesn't respond?
If a seller is unresponsive or their listing is fraudulent, please report the listing using the "Report" button on the listing page. Our team will review and may issue a credit refund for verified cases.
Do unused credits expire?
Free plan credits never expire. Paid plan credits (Starter/Pro) are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. We recommend purchasing a plan when you're actively looking to buy a vehicle.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits. Partial refunds are not available once credits have been used. Please contact our support team for refund requests.
