3. Challan Lookup + Payment
At mParivahan app or echallan.parivahan.gov.in → enter vehicle number → all pending challans displayed with date, location, violation type, and amount.
Pay: UPI, credit/debit card, net banking. Takes 2-5 minutes. Receipt issued + status updates to Paid within 24 hours.
Dispute: if challan is incorrect (wrong vehicle, already paid, plate cloning), upload evidence via the portal ‘Dispute' option. Typical review: 15-30 days. If accepted, challan cancelled.
