Notice what every one of those scope statements has in common. Each names a specific generation or a specific set of variants. None of them says "the model, whenever it was built". When a listing quotes a safety rating, treat it as a claim about a generation and go find out which generation you are being shown. Then read the certificate rather than the advertisement. The build date tells you the production period.
